Women’s Ministries will again host the Mission Clothes Closet for our national mission workers. To serve the missionaries, it is necessary to keep the closet open throughout the week. Workers are needed who would be willing to work designated shifts. You can assist in: |

- Setup on Sunday afternoon, July 25, 2010
- Preparing clothes as they arrive and keeping displays neat and tidy
- Assisting our missionaries in finding sizes and styles, and
- Assisting delegates each day to bring in clothes

| |
If you would be willing to volunteer, or know people who might be interested in helping, please contact Donna Ford at cogopmissionclothescloset@gmail.com or womens@cogop.org. We are also in need of Spanish and French translators. |
| |
| Sign Language Interpreters |

Participants must be proficient in American Sign Language, preferably with some previously interpreting experience and/or formal classes. An understanding of the difference between Signed Exact English and American Sign Language is required. An offering will be taken to help cover food expenses. | Children's Ministries Resource Room |
| |
Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Lobby, West Wing |
| |
Children's ministers around the world need more resources-curricula, visuals, puppets, idea books, and more. During the Assembly we offer children's ministers the opportunity to get new and used resources in the CM Resource Room. If you have materials that you would like to share, please bring them to the Assembly and drop them off in the Children's Ministries office (Meeting Room 2 of the West Wing of the Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center) no later than Thursday evening, July 29th. Your used children's ministry resources can provide just what is needed to another children's minister.
The CM Resource Room will be open to our international overseers and children's ministers from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm on Friday, July 30th. Ministries here in the United States may visit to receive free resources after 1:00 p.m.*
*We are asking that self-supporting ministries who receive free resources give a small donation. This donation will be used to fund the International Institutes of Children’s Ministry.
Spanish, French, and Russian materials are especially welcome! |
