| Assembly Operations Office |
| The Assembly Operations Coordinator has an office in the lobby of the Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center across from the entrance to the East/West Wing Exhibit Hall. |
| Audio and Video Recordings |
| Audio CDs and DVDs are available for purchase, so take the Assembly home with you to enjoy in weeks and months to come. For your convenience, an order form is available in the back of the program. The booth is located in the Greensboro Coliseum Plaza. |
| Shuttle Service |
| An Assembly Shuttle Bus will be provided between the Greensboro Coliseum and the following hotels: Sheraton & Koury Convention Center; Park Lane at Four Seasons; DoubleTree Hotel. |
| Emergency Calls |
| Those needing to contact delegates in the event of an emergency may reach the Greensboro Coliseum staff by calling 336-373-7404. |
| First Aid |
| For emergency situations, there is a First Aid Station in the Greensboro Coliseum. The ushers can direct you to the proper location. |
| Food Service |
| We have arranged for a variety of food items, which are available onsite at a reasonable cost in the Food Court of the Exhibit Hall. The Food Court can be accessed in the East Wing of the exhibit hall. Limited food items and soft drinks, coffee, etc. are available. Concessions are also available in the concourse of the Greensboro Coliseum. |
| Lost and Found |
| Items found should be taken to the Ushers’ suite, which is located in the VU Lounge at the Greensboro Coliseum. You may also check with the ushers regarding item(s) you have lost. |
| Ministry Booths |
| Ministry booths are located in the East Wing of the Exhibit Hall inside the White Wing Bookstore. Be sure to visit them and pick up supplies needed before leaving the Assembly. Both the White Wing Bookstore and the Ministry booths will open Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. Each day thereafter, they will be open from 9:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. |
| Parking |
| Parking is available at the Greensboro Coliseum for $7.00 per day with in/out privileges. Please do not park in restricted or reserved parking areas. Parking for events at the Sheraton is free. |
| Sign Language |
| If you can and are willing to sign for the deaf, please contact Gabriel Vidal at the Translation Booth. |
| Translation |
| Spanish, French, Russian, and Creole languages will be used this year. AM/FM radios and batteries will be sold both at the World Language booth. All translating will be received on FM frequency, which will be posted for your convenience. |
| Ushers and Security Personnel |
| The Ushers’ Suite is located off of the concourse in the VU Lounge. Should you wish to assist as an usher, check with the Division Chairperson, Michael Willingham. |
